「The hotel is really nice and the staff at reception was lovely. Room was clean, bed was comfy. Unfortunately the room we were given (room 118) was right next to the entrance/exit door so we had loud door banging noise the whole night. Even though it is written everywhere that it is quiet time after 10 pm we could still hear customers coming back and talking loudly until 3a.m. On top of that the aircon was making a very loud noise so we had to switch it off at night, not ideal when outside...

「Staff was great. I made a mistake in my booking and they accommodated me. This is not a fancy place, but it is clean, and rooms are cleaned every day. My room had a coffee maker, microwave and small fridge.」

The breakfast area was clean and the variety of food was good. I did not use any of the amenities as this was a short visit but would stay here again the next time I come to visit.」

「I was unaware of the stairs to get to the rooms. I was given a room on the 2nd floor and there was no elevator to use to bring all of my luggage. The night before checkout, I called the front desk to ask if an Uber would be able to pick me up at 4:30 am and would be allowed onto the premises. I was told that I should have the pickup be the clubhouse and I could have a tram arranged to pick me up at 4:00 am. When I called at 4:00 am on the morning of checkout, I was told that the tram drivers...

「Room was decent but had an odd smell. Everything was clean, just smelled maybe like they had shampooed the carpets and they hadn't dried properly, kind of sour. All of the employees were reasonably helpful and nice and there wasn't too much noise. I can say this was one of the more comfortable mattresses I have slept on in a hotel!」
