「I love this hotel! Very quiet and comfortable in the room, especially the bed and its seats are very high quality. The laundry room is also perfectly convenient. The only improvement point is the breakfast. Need any health ones. But personally the egg dish with the salsa was great. I wish I could have fresh salad with them. I am coming back!」

「Need to do something about the people hanging out in the parking lot partying/drinking」

「What we love about this hotel are the accommodations for special needs guests. We travel to Syracuse a few times a year and have found the staff and the amenities amazing. Even during this stay when there was a problem when we attached the seat to the tub and it cause some damage to the side of the tub, no one made us feel anything but valued and concerned for the safety of our child who was sitting on the seat while it happened. Highly recommended them!」

「The room smelled of fresh paint so that was a plus bathroom was clean comfort of bed was so-so ( they said they had new beds) the shuttle to the airport was perfect !」

「The pull out sofa bed was filthy with brown stains all over it」
