「The evening staff was not super friendly, morning staff was fine. Air was set to 78 when we got there. Took hours to cool off. The water wasn’t very hot.」

「It was very convenient and clean. Enjoyed the fitness center and breakfast. Only thing that bothered us was youth baseball team. I'm use to kids having fun, but couple of things could have caused trouble: they left toys on steps in stairwells, threw balls around inside that went rolling outside causing our dogs to get excited. Didn't see any parents until later when staff was talking to them. A couple of these families were on our floor. Maybe they could all be placed together. A couple people...

「The staff was super friendly and helpful! The complimentary breakfast was AMAZING! Not just the usual eggs, cereal, pastries, yogurt etc (though they had that too!) but beignets one morning and Eggs Benedict another! The room was spacious, we received a welcome bag upon arrival - I’ve been traveling for 2 weeks (4 different hotels) and the Homewood Suites in Liverpool/Syracuse was the BEST experience!!」

「The rooms were clean. Had everything in there you could possibly need in case you forgot to bring it yourself. Staff was very nice. Would definitely come here again. The breakfast selection was amazing and being able to dry your clothes or wash them whenever you need to is definitely a plus.」
