「We loved Lem’s Place! It was the perfect home-base location for our trip. Close enough to activities without being crowded. Bob and Deb were kind and friendly and ensured our needs were met during our stay. The check-in process was smooth as was checking out. We loved the ability to hang out by the water, on the deck or at the picnic table outside our rental. Beds were comfortable and the towels were soft.」

「Honestly, I loved almost everything about the stay, great setup and comfortable space. However, the master bedroom had a very strong animal pee smell, which made it unusable. Also, the bathroom didn’t have any hand soap, which was inconvenient. Everything else was nice, but these issues definitely affected the experience.」

「Very nice, private. I’m always a little scared when I go on vacation. Don’t consider myself too awful picky but most rentals leave something to be desired cleanliness wise. This place was clean. All of it. Nothing was too far away by car and the views from the property were fabulous. They supplied two kayaks which were used daily. The water was walkable way out there, you could go 100 yards out without getting your waist wet - really wish I would have brought my little dog. Sleeping 8 requires...

「Great layout and beautiful interior remodel. Adjacent cabins looked a little sketchy but the area was quiet. Well equipped. Walkable to everything downtown. Very convenient location- our home base as we visited Tahquamenon Falls, the Soo Locks, Mackinac Island, and Legs Inn (our favorite!)」

「Very clean room with many in room amenities. Close to downtown Burt lake and Mullet lake. Restaurants and bars are available and close to the bridge and casinos. The tucked away location quiets the nearby highway. Would definitely stay here again.」

「Amazing views of Lake Huron right out the back door! Very comfortable cottage. Wished we could have stayed longer than we did, as it was a short stop on the way to Mackinac Island. Slight issue with entry lock code at first, but host corrected the situation immediately without hesitation. Would love to stay again in the future!」
