「This property is as described and shown in photos. It is small, we had awesome sleep as the bed is comfortable. It is accurately described and depicted in photos and is what we expected. Outside mosquitoes are prevalent but there is screen in porch. It was quiet and we slept well for our 1 night stay.」

「Not a complaint but to let you know the front left burner on the stove is very slow in heating up. Also you have an outlet in the living room without a cover on it. Overall we enjoyed the stay, even went kayaking in the rain when we got there. Also checked out the falls you mentioned in your guide and checked out the local eating establishments.」

「The cabins are pretty close together, and the water is only about 5 feet away when exiting out of cabin 6s back porch. Cabin 6s bathroom is pretty small, and hard to walk through. The whole bathroom is cramped including the toilet area. The walk in shower is really out of place and the only light in the bathroom is right above the shower stall. The steam from my shower made the light flicker, which I got a little freaked out by it. The cabin overall could use a lot small repairs and updates....

「Hostess was wonderful, she immediately responded to our requests wish we would have extra blankets, but we didn’t ask for more. I would have swept up but no broom and the refrigerator froze all food & drinks. Super get away.」

「Cabin was stocked well in kitchen. It lacked comfortable seating though. It had an uncomfortable futon instead of a couch to sit on. Also had three small bar stools at the small table which were not big enough for my large husband.」

「We had a great trip, the cabin was cozy, clean and beautiful. The host very responsive and thorough. We took advantage of the local shops, hiking trails and ventured to Tahquamenon Falls along with Whitefish Bay. All in all, we were very pleased and look forward to coming back. Highly recommend.」

「Very rustic. Fun place to stay. Wish the bathroom was updated, but everything worked and was fine. Great location to use as a base to visit UP locations and the Island. Beautiful sunrises over the lake. Highly recommend if you like rustic places with great character!! We would love to stay there again!!」

「Met our needs for location. Could use more kitchen supplies example strainer for noodles as this is an easy meal to prepare. The back room would not warm up with door shut and shaking and rumbling all night long from heater hooked on hitch of house. Very hard sleeping but not sure in summer if this would be the same with air. Overall could lower price for late fall as there were vacancy all over mackinaw city for next time!!」

「Just Kevin was perfect for us, only drawback was a very small bathroom. The location couldn't have been better, only 5 miles to Mackinaw City and the ferry to Mackinac Island,and very close to Cheboygan too. View of the lake was beautiful and we spent a lot of time sitting on the swing down by the water. House was very friendly and accommodating and a wealth of information and things to seem to in the area. Would definitely stay again but would out for one of the other rooms with a bigger...
