「Hi, I had a spacious room, fab complimentary supplies, nice style of bathroom, plenty of space to put my belongings if I'd had more with me, there would have been plenty of room.
Absolutely wonderful staff, went above and beyond and lovely to have the chance to pop downstairs and feel welcomed and safe moreover.
I'll be coming back as soon as possible.

「There is plenty of parking space, and it's easy to find the Lodge. All the expected room facilities are present: good decor, bed, towels and bathroom;, a warm and comfortable space. I couldn't dock a star, especially at the price we paid.
Of course, there are things that could be improved! The kettle boiled just enough for the two very small mugs; our (own) teapot took 2 boilings to fill. It would be nice to have more than the bare minimum of cutlery so as not to have to wash forks after...
