「Didn't have breakfast. No alcohol available in the bar, general 'tiredness' of the property, especially the bar area and the entrance. Staff very friendly and helpful.」

「広さ及び清潔さは言うことなしです。湖（運河）が目の前にあるので、冬は白鳥を部屋の窓から見ることができます。景観はなかなか趣があって良いのですが、この環境は「寒い」。広い部屋で目の前に水がある＝なかなか暖まらない。暖房を入れっぱなしでも寒いです。従って、乾燥します。持参したホッカイロが役に立ちました。イギリスの田舎町で従業員はみなとっても親切でアットホームで、とても感じの良いホテルです。」
