「My friend and I enjoyed a two week stay here and it was very accomodating with all our needs; even a laundry room. The decor was quite interesting with portraits and colorful. It's NOT your usual run of the mill, boring place. We highly recommend this location and address as it's close to Bradenton Beach and Anna Marie Island. And we especially loved the quietness of this location! Thank you Doug and Candy! 」

「Very clean and loved the space. Very bright and homey. Loved how well equipped the kitchen was since I was there for Thanksgiving and had to cook a little. Not a far drive from some great spots such as Sanibel Island, Bonita Springs and the outlets for some great shopping. Host was great with communication. Would love to stay again next time I’m in the area. 」

「Great location. Super cute house. The house was well supplied and the bed was very comfortable. We never got in the car the entire time we were there. We walked for meals, and we walked for evening entertainment. There was even a couple benches about two blocks away that overlooked the water where we sat and had our coffee in the morning. 」

「The cozy carriage house is aptly named. It is well appointed, clean and comfortable. It is located in a neighborhood of beautiful old Florida homes and within a few blocks of the harbor and the river walk. It was my first time in Bradenton and I love the quaint old Main Street and found amazing restaurants. I will definitely return, and Clare always responded quickly and answered all of my many questions.Cindy」

「The home was very clean and updated with thoughtful decorating. They did a good job making a smaller home not feel cramped. The floors were a beautiful gray tile. I was just staying for business so truly only use the home for sleeping but it had everything I needed. The Host was responsive and the house was well stocked.」
