「The Pink Shell was an amazing property. The staff were so helpful and fun! The villa we stayed in was so clean and had everything we needed and more. I didn't realize they had washer/dryers, dishwashers, stoves etc in them. I also loved the adult only pool. The family friendly pool stayed very active and we preferred to hang out with our drinks and relax. Fort Myers Beach is still in repair after the hurricane last year. 「The pool/beach area was amazing! The poolside service was awesome. My only concern was me a senior and friend staying with me a senior were assigned a 4 th floor room with no elevator. It took almost an hour to find a space that had an elevator. Jared the security guy was so helpful. Then for check out the system evidently had an issue and tried to charge me for what I had paid for on Expedia. Loved the resort not the service or convenience 」

「Excellent hotel my only issue was the construction noise for renovations but upgrades have to be made so I understand. Also I think they should choose a better brand of soap / conditioner and shampoo the one we had in our room was terrible very bad odor in my opinion I could not use it. 」
