「The location is far from the center of town, so transportation is required. The free shuttle bus stop is right in front of the lodge, so it seems convenient for those who use it. This time, the room was in a secluded location, so the view outside was disappointing, but on the contrary, it was quiet away from the main street. The kitchen was equipped with a set of utensils, so I did some simple cooking. It was a little hard to use that the bathtub and shower booth were separate, and it was a pity...

「Previously visited in 2019. It is very clean and comfortable, probably because of the refurbishment. This is the best accommodation for skiing in the Banff ski area. There is one large and one small Jacuzzi to enjoy. The free breakfast service is also a feature of this hotel, along with the hospitality of the staff. I would definitely go back and recommend this hotel. Unfortunately, the amenities in the Jacuzzi shower room were not replenished. Not a big problem though ...」

「I like this place a lot and had a great experience there! The location is easy to find once you get off the highway. The hotel offers free coffee/tea/hot water 24/7 at the front counter which is lovely and convenient. The staff are nice and friendly, and willing to offer help. You may also order the next day morning breakfast, $5 each and it contains one bottle of juice, one cup of yogurt, two breads, and an apple/or orange. The bed is soft and comfortable.
