While the overall property was quite charming, I feel like the staff could do a better job letting their customers know about the amenities both available and unavailable to their customers. First, no ice/vending machines in the hallways as is typical. They sent me to the on-site restaurant kitchen to get ice cubes. (weird). Second, there is no elevator in this hotel though it has multiple floors. I guess if you are handicapped, you are stuck on the ground floor. Very odd to see a modern public hotel without this basic disability-compliant technology. That said, it was very quiet here and the rooms are comfortable with great views of the surrounding vistas. We didn't eat at their restaurant so can't speak to that experience.
