Breakfast is going to be hitting this staff is phenomenal and very, very good at their job. The Bar never visited, but the rooms were clean and the pool was not out of service but other than that it was a great.

Pet friendly with easy access to green strip. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were clean. Did not have room service so had to order food thru a third party service. Secure underground parking but the valet was a terrible driver. Overall the stay was good and will book again

Good location, close to the Stephen Ave Walk. We also had our room on the same level as the rooftop pool with a direct access to it. Our family loved it. Be aware, the parking is a valet parking type, but it is very convenient.

We stayed for 2 nights in a room with 2 double beds and a balcony overlooking the pool which was nice. The room was big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids - it was clean and the beds were comfy. It was very hot and sunny when we visited in July so the outdoor pool was a real bonus. The valet parking was good - staff were helpful and check in was fine. We picked the hotel due to price and location - it is very central and easy to walk everywhere in the city. No complaints - would stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the mall and other Calgary attractions. While the property shows its age, the staff consistently keep it clean and are very helpful and accommodating. We requested a microwave, which was provided promptly. Although the air conditioning is centralized and lacks individual controls, rendering the room a bit warm at times, it did not significantly impact our stay. The breakfast offered is a standard continental selection. The outdoor pool is available, but swimming wasn't an option upon arrival because of the cold temperatures. Noise can be heard from adjacent rooms, and doors close loudly, which may be disruptive. Overall, I felt safe and comfortable during my stay and am satisfied with the experience.

Old hotel. We specifically asked for a NOT connecting room, but we got exactly that. No safety box. TV remote control partially working. AC set on 20 degrees celsius and cannot be turned off. No restaurant available for lunch and dinner. Excellent location. Good wifi and nice pool.
