The front desk attendant was outside on break and as I was walking through the door he came in very quickly and checked me in promptly. 「This property is only a few minutes from Grandview Hospital. Lots of Dining options and close to highway but far enough back that you don't hear the traffic. 」

「There was an issue with my room. Instead of waiting until I reached the property, she called me to discuss my options. She also gave me a good restaurant recommendation. The property had a water leak that day. I told her I will return for my receipt. However, to avoid me walking on the wet floor, she walked the receipt out to my car!! I felt special!!」
