「Good location but difficulty to find the place. No sign in front of the building. You have to go to another place to check in and get the key. It’s not a five star hotel! It’ an apartment in a townhouse.」

「To attend conferences, I stayed here. The hotel is so near from the many sightseeing spots of Bristol, also there are a lots nice staffs in the hotel. Moreover, the bar 'the square' which is under the hotel is so good about appreciating the atmosphere and cocktails. When I came back from outside, a room is always kept clean. I really really can spend comfortable time and make nice memories in Bristol. It is highly recommended that you choose the hotel :)」
