「Amazing views over Poole! We ate dinner at the hotel as we wanted to enjoy the view. Breakfast was busy which is to be expected as I think all room rates include breakfast- they had to pause taking orders for 5/10 mins as the chef had too many orders . It would be a good idea to ask guests to book a time for breakfast in order to avoid a sudden influx at one time. Lots of stuff ran out and staff members seemed stressed. However we found our bedroom overlooking the garden a little sparce could do with additional decorative objects to give it more appeal..」
