「The house was very clean when we arrived. It has all the amenities you and your family need. The screened in patio was a great place to hang out on with the weather being as nice as it was. I will be looking to stay at this house again on my next trip.」

「the images shown on the listing have the same layout as the apartment with a few differences. the neighborhood and home were nice, however, it was quite a distance to the beach. it’s about 6 minute walk to the pathway that arrives at the beach. it is however, pool side,though you have to walk around the building to get there. property manager however was very friendly and helpful. would recommend if you don’t mind the walk. overall would stay again」

「Super place for us and our pup. The only reason we did not give 5 stars across the board was the shower did not drain and the shower valve would not give cool water. We notified the property management and i am sure they will fix. They were very responsive to us, answered the phone every time. We just didn’t want service to come while we were out due to pup. 」

「Location was perfect, quick walk to the beach. Management company was very responsive with issues. House was old, not remodeled as advertised. Exterior - deck boards sticking up and loose. Fascia boards rotting and falling apart. Interior - cheap flooring not put in correctly, coming apart. Kitchen not up to date. Fresh paint and new furniture nice though.」

「The property is a little outdated & wasn't fully up to my standards as far as cleanliness and comfort would go, but the proximity to the beach (the listing says a block, but realistically it’s like half a block and maybe a 4-minute walk), property management communication & private pool, shared with the neighboring house on the lot if there are tenants there, made up for it. As a group of 5 women traveling for a bachelorette trip, it was important we stayed in a safe neighborhood and felt safe...

「This was our first time in Miramar area we usually stay in Destin. This home is very nice and well equipped. The pool is literally steps from the back door which was great for the kids. Personally I missed having an ocean view to sit and enjoy the sights and sounds from a balcony or deck. I felt like there were more "rules" to follow than normal so we were a little nervous that we were going to get additional changes if we didn't leave the property almost perfect but I get it that you don't want...

「Great beach house! We stayed for 2 weeks and we had plenty of room for 9 adults and 4 children for the first week and 8 adults the second week. Easy walk to the beach. Bikes provided were nice to ride on the walking path! Several restaurants were within walking distance. Management was very responsive to a few minor issues we encountered. They were fixed immediately. We would definitely stay here again.」

「This was an amazing property!! Simply nothing negative about this place. This is the nicest home we have ever stayed in with 14 years straight in the Seaside/Seagrove/Rosemary areas. The location is simply unbeatable! You won’t be disappointed with this place!! So take my next paragraph with that in mind! Now, Management was excellent through the booking process and all the way up until checkin. Then…impossible to reach on checkin day! We had an issue as the home wasn’t ready when we arrived at...
