'Cozy for Two' - Delightful for a Couple

COZY FOR TWO is the perfect name for this adorable carriage house that is ideal for a couple's quick getaway. Private entrance - completely separate from main house and sitting on a corner lot - this cozy carriage house is a private little retreat for two.


One step inside and you will be delighted with the beautiful decor, fully-equipped upscale kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. A separate private bedroom containing pillow-top king-size bed with upscale bedding, MEDIACOM cable TV in living room and bed room, a beautiful dark wood high dresser; and, full adjoining bathroom with bathtub/shower. There are two decks. A private, covered balcony is off the living area with rocking chairs and a bistro table and chairs. Another slate covered patio with table & chairs, wrought iron bench, and gas barbeque is at the private carraige house entrance. A washer/dryer for your personal use is located off a protected area under your slate deck. You can also use this area to store your bicycles under cover if you prefer to bring your own.


Enjoy a short walk to our magnificent, 12,000-square-foot, community pool or follow the palm tree-lined sidewalk to our private beach access. The "SEACREST CAFE' a welcome addition at our pool, provides many food and drink choices. Free golf cart tram service to the pool or the white, sandy beach is provided by our community from mid-March through mid-October. Multiple paths go around and across our community for walking, jogging and biking. Green spaces including two parks are available for your enjoyment.


Two cruiser bicycles are provided FREE for the enjoyment of our guests. Bicycling enthusiasts can ride around within the picturesque local communities or alongside South Walton's most scenic roadway, County Highway 30-A, on 17 miles of wide, separate paved pathways that wind alongside lakes, state park woodlands and beach areas. You can rent beach chairs and umbrella from a vendor on our private beach or simply bring along the two beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels we provide free.

Our community, Seacrest Beach North, is located directly between the exclusive communities of Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach on designated scenic Walton County Road 30A. Many restaurants, Coffee Bars, Wine Bars, Snack Shops and shopping are within easy walking distance. Friday night wine-tasting is frequently offered at multiple establishments closeby.

Since we directly manage this property ourselves, we are able to offer it at highly competitive and attractive rates. To allow sufficient time for a thorough cleaning and preparation for our next guests, arrival check-in time is after 3pm with check-out by 10am on the day of departure.

Perfect for Two!

Cozy for Two is so Nice. We have stayed here several times now and it’s ALWAYS great! Diane & Bernie are the sweetest couple (the owners) and we Love chatting with them while we are there. The neighborhood and pool are just wonderful, too. We even had Brand New Beach Bikes to ride this year. Thank you to Diane & Bernie for another Awesome vacation at 30A

Anniversary Trip

We had never been to 30a and loved it! Cozy for Two is a great place to stay with an easy tram service to the beach and bikes provided to peddle around 30a. The hosts were available and even provided a welcome gift!:). It was clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. We also took advantage of the umbrella and beach chairs they provided. Highly recommend !!

Diane and Bernie were so friendly and a delight. The cottage was very clean well organized and stocked. We loved having the bikes available for us to use as that’s what we used mostly to get around. The area and neighborhood was very clean and family friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Great location. Really enjoyed the stay. Carriage house was clean and well organized. Plenty of nice touches like a gift bag on arrival and plenty of supplies like trash bags, toilet paper etc. Bathroom could use some updates and the space was a little cramped with furniture. Not sure how more than 2 could stay so maybe reduce some of the extra item.

Perfect Place for a Getaway

We've stayed at this property four times, and plan to return next year again! It is comfortable, super clean, well appointed, a 5 min. walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops, and the owners are fantastic! They make sure everything is top notch and are available to help when you need it. Plus there are bikes you can use and lots of beach gear (umbrella, chairs, and towels). A wonderful place!

4th of July

The property was great. Very clean and everything worked as it should in the unit including the AC, appliances, wifi, and TVs. The host left a nice welcome gift and was easy to communicate with. We were there for the 4th of July and it was incredibly busy especially the beach area so next time we will probably try to rent chairs at the beach access to guarantee a spot on the beach. Overall the property is extremely nice for the price, the beach access was just crowded which we expected during the peak season.

Pleasing and Perfect in every way

The property exceeded our expectations. We have stayed in the area several times and this was our best experience. We greatly appreciate all the little extras and the attention to detail that we found. Early morning coffee on the outside area was delightful. Pool experience was great. Cozy for Two

Our stay at Seacrest Beach was absolutely wonderful. The check in process was seamless and the carriage house was very comfortable and relaxing. We loved the fact that the beach access, and restaurants were within walking distance. We met our hosts and she assured us if we needed anything, she was just a phone call or text away. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for clean quiet getaway…..
