Things to keep in mind are the cabin is a little difficult to find and the winter terrain might be a little difficult for normal cars. 「Ski trip to Heavenly with the family. The place is 15- 20 minutes from Heavenly and 15 minutes to the village at S. Lake Tahoe. Walkable to a pizza place and coffee shop. There is a place across the street to rent skis (I did not know this before booking and rented somewhere else). The space itself is super comfortable and well stocked. Would definitely stay here again.」

"We didn't know about their fee schedule that charged substantial parking and resort fee outside the original price. We later found that casino hotels does it commonly. We should have stayed at a hotel or motel on the California side, just a few hundred meters away."
