"the check in instructions were not accurate, they mentioned a keypad at the door. There was none, instead a lockbox at the entry which I located after a call to vrbo, which they answered immediately. The sliding glass door was very difficult to manage. I asked for team assistance, they sent someone 24 hours later, and it was resolved. no dish towels. But overall the place is very nice, spacious, with a lovely private patio."
