「1週間の滞在だったが、電化製品など新品が用意されていた。（コーヒーメーカー、アイロン、ミキサー）ハウスキーピングは毎日あるとなっていたが、一度も無かったが、不自由はなかった。お湯の湯量が少なく。浴槽にお湯を張るのに時間が必要。シャワーなら問題無い。年末年始の街の喧騒がなく、寂しい反面、大変過ごしやすかった。」

「Great condo. The one bedroom tv needs to be turned on, etc at the set. The remote wouldn't do it, as far as we could figure out. We couldn't regulate the temperature for the air conditioner. The owner responded when I would text or call. That was nice! It was very sufficient for our stay.」

「Lovely stay at this bright and clean home away from home. Plenty of space to spread out for a week and enjoy morning coffee on the balcony, or wine at night. The pictures convey exactly how the home is beautifully decorated. Communications with the host were great as well. Just be sure to note the building side is on North Parkway Avenue as the Maya complex is huge. PS. Sprouts and Starbucks are nearby too. 」

「Easy check-in, condo was clean & well stocked. Host was very responsive when I unfortunately got locked out of the condo, code fix wasn’t working & she responded within 20 mins with a key, leaving it behind as an emergency back-up for the remainder of my stay. Ice machine is down the hall at entrance, didn’t use the pool or laundry room but the patio was very comfortable, allowed for sun & cool shade. 「This property is in a great location with easy access. The neighborhood is well kept and nice. The unit is classy, clean, and comfortable.」

「Nicely updated. Comfy beds. Nice bedding & towels. The two doors (screen doors included) could use a good cleaning & repainted. The baseboard ledge throughout the unit was dirty & walls could be washed. Right by Fashion Square Mall & close to Old Town Scottsdale. Would definitely stay again!」

「We stayed for the nabi youth tournament, we had privacy, cleanliness, convenience, close by shopping of a mall, loved your place, thank you very much」

「What a beautiful location! Unit was clean, exactly as pictured and advertised well stocked with coffee and towels as well. Would definitely recommend or stay her again! Beds were comfortable, and the patio which is covered was such a nice place to hang out and people watch in the morning. Very quiet too! 」
