"We checked in early, but our room wasn't ready until nearly 30 minutes after 4pm. We reserved an outdoor cabana only to discover the outside pool was closed. After walking back to the front desk and waiting in line for 30 minutes, they replaced it with an indoor cabana for an extra fee. Not a great way to start. We had to leave a day early for medical reasons and they refused to waive the early checkout fee. Not a good experience."

"Looks like a lodge inn or a motel style, not a resort style hotel. Rooms are all next to each other sharing a balcony, hearing people walking and talking outside, not much of privacy. Please change the hand soap bar to a liquid hand soap. The soap bar made our hands so dry peeling. Overall I think this hotel is over priced and not at all considered a luxury resort hotel. "
