The parking lot to the unit was further than was represented to me, but I borrowed a wagon to use for transporting groceries and things, and that helped. The AC unit is also VERY loud. 「Marcia is a phenomenal host and her North Phoenix condo was the perfect location for our needs as we transitioned our daughters to college at GCU. I was most impressed at how well the condo was stocked. Need a ziplock baggie? It’s there, all the spices, plenty of cookware, beach towels for the pool. The list goes on. We appreciated Marcia’s top-notch communication as well as the fact that the pool was steps from the unit. Would 100 percent stay here again! 」

「We booked this condo while my daughter was there for medical treatments at Envita Medical Clinic. She was there 2 months and it was perfect from start to finish. Location is amazing.
