「We were having an appointment at MD Anderson and the staff was attentive about our situation and gave us a medical discount. Great Job!」

「My daughters and I had an unsettling experience during our stay. After leaving for a concert around 7:20–7:30 p.m., we returned around 10:30–10:40 p.m. to find our hotel room door open. 「Amazing friendly staff.」

「Nice hotel」

When I asked why, the staff tried to avoid responsibility by suggesting that Expedia had made a mistake. Regardless of whether the error was Expedia’s or the hotel’s, I...

「everywhere was clean and nice. it was good enough for my stay. there was no a coffee machine in the room. i left a message, but it did not come..」
