「The area and condition of the property was very nice and seemed well-cared for. The front desk staff was friendly and professional. We were extremely disappointed in our first room. It reeked of animal odors and when we reported it, we were handed a can of Lysol and told there was nothing else they could do that night but would take care of it the next day.
