"Unfortunately, this place was not what we were expecting. There were some things that prevented the apartment from receiving higher ratings. For example, no screens in the windows plus no AC meant we were hot the entire time. Also, the half bath has no fan, so when nature calls, you share it with the bedroom… especially with the barn doors. Finally, the pictures make it seem like the entire place is yours, but you are no one of four apartments in the home."

"For an older property everything was great"

"Some of the staff was quite well but unfortunately others were lousy. The morning we left and needed a ride to the bus stop, after having just discussed with Jason in office, the driver refused to wait. I walked out of our room the precise moment he originally was going to leave and he drove off. He obviously would not wait 60 seconds for us to walk down the stairs. Another issue was with front desk. When I asked if she could make more coffee. Her response was "who drank it all" not in a joking manner. Then proceeded to reuse the old grounds. I didn't wait. The muffins they provide for breakfast were cut in half which I didn't particularly like but the worst part some were moldy. Won't stay there again."

"The free shuttle transportation from the airport was helpful. However, upon arrival my reservation could not be found. The motel blamed Expedia and Expedia said they had to work with the motel to “fix it.” Meanwhile, I had to essentially make another reservation and pay - again - albeit at a discounted rate. Expedia is supposedly “still working on it.”"
