「The staff was lovely. Aster at the front desk was especially patient and helpful. The one issue I had was my bed sheets and pillow cases had not been changed. The sheets were wrinkled, clearly slept in, and both the pillow cases and sheets smelled strongly of body odor. I alerted the front desk right away and they promptly corrected this. 「空港シャトルがあるからここにしたのに、予約しようとしたらその時間はやっていないとのこと。遅い時間だから仕方ないと思ったが、当日尋ねたらもうシャトルはやっていないとのこと。情報が違っているのは困る。周りには店がないので、冬場の夜に街中まで歩くのは面倒なので、地下にレストラン、バーがあるのは便利。メニューは少ないが定番のサンドイッチ、バーガー類で間に合うかな。食事していないので味は不明。部屋には電子レンジと冷蔵庫、大きなTVがある。廊下やロビーはなんとなく薄暗い。部屋はまあまあ明るい。フロントは夜間の担当はきつい女性で不親切対応だった。到着時はそうでもない人だった。」

「I really wanted to stay a room with kitchen, and yes the room has kitchen however there is no cutlery, cooking pans and dishes etc. This is super disappointing for us. Other service could be good though.」

「The room was clean and the room was right on the bay where you could sit at the window and look at the bay. The best part was leaving the window partially open and listen to the waves crash on shore while we were laying in bed!」

「スタッフはみなさんフレンドリーで優しい。 ただ、共同スペースのキッチンはほこりがかぶっていたり、私の滞在中ずっと使用済みの食器が洗われずそのままだったり衛生面は悪い。部屋の施設も古くコンセントとドライヤーが壊れていた。1番安い部屋だったからか、部屋には窓がなく（洗面所に小さいものがひとつ）閉鎖的で、受付のすぐ横だったのでずっとうるさかった。 空港からウーバーで17ドル、スーパーまで歩いて30分、その途中にバス停あり、夜庭に出てオーロラが見えることもあるそうです。（私が泊まった前日の写真を見せてもらいました）」
