「We loved the property and staff was very friendly. But the shower in our executive room with private pool was so clogged - it flooded the entire room . It seems it wasn’t cleaned or fixed for a long time before us. Also food in restaurants with à la carte menu was not very good. Avocado salad was not edible, for example. 「Great hospitality and friendly staff Very welcoming place Clean rooms with very high standard of service Very helpful reception staff especially Mr Amr who were very helpful in check in/out. Great variety of arabian food especially the fayrooz restaurant. Safe for the kids Lovely sea and large pools This is my second time here and I am sure that it won't be the last.」

The room was beautifully furnished with 3 balconies providing 270 degree view. The property’s true strength is its beautiful beach and sunset views. The main shortcomings is a very limited number of restaurants (2) which is rather unusual for such a sprawling resort. All in all, an excellent stay.」
