"The property was actually two twin villas, united by a lovely courtyard and swimming pool. The villas were spacious, very well furnished, immaculately clean and well stocked. We were a large party of 14,adults and teenagers gathered for a family reunion.The property really fit our requirements as there was plenty of indoor and outdoor space to relax, entertain and chill.The Manager Haytham and his assistant Ibrahim were superb, very quick to respond via WhatsApp and very helpful indeed. "The resort's design is truly impressive, offering easy access to all facilities regardless of room location. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, especially the reception team who provided a complimentary upgrade to a pool-view room. The resort is clean and well-managed, with nicely decorated rooms and a beautiful sandy beach featuring lovely corals. The food quality and variety were amazing.The evening entirtenmaint & animation team were nice. The kids club has nice playground and engaging activities. "

"One of the most beautiful hotels we ever stayed at. The staff is absolutely amazing - from the restaurant, the housekeeping to the beach! Special shout out to Amr and Diaa from the beach /beach bar team for going above and beyond to look after us. It is possible to do some snorkeling directly from the beach. The water is crystal clear. The buffet doesn’t leave anything to be desired! If you consider staying in Soma Bay dont bother looking at other hotels- this is by far the best option! True value for money! You get free water in the rooms and on the beach. This was our second stay and we will definitely be back! Thank you to the entire Team at Kempinski Soma Bay!"

"Prior to arrival, my experience was only ok as I had trouble reaching them; however upon arrival, every staff was very friendly and welcoming. Great events and activities organized throughout the week to keep everyone entertained. Also good selection of food and wine. Location was also superb. They’ve got their own private beach that’s got the beautiful water and coral reefs and if you want to dive is also walkable. "
