「Nice reception staff, clean room. Wifi is weak, room is basic, no A/C. OK for a one night sleep. 」

「落ち着いたオシャレなホテルです。歴史ある建物にも関わらず、設備は完璧。清潔感のあるゴージャスな部屋でゆっくりとできました。レストランも素晴らしい。朝食もビュッフェ台から定番のジュース類やハムチーズ、シリアルを、そして、卵料理など温かいプレートの好きな物をオーダーできます。スタッフも親切でフレンドリー。肩の張らない、リラックスした時間をすごすことができました。また、訪れたいやどのひとつです。」

「What stood out most was how the receptionist and housekeeping staff went above and beyond after we had checked out. I became ill and returned to the hotel 30 minutes after checking out allowing me to return to my original room for an hour to recuperate I was then provided with essentials for my home trip. The service was exemplary throughout our stay and we would definitely return and recommend 」

「Amazing hotel in all regards. Really enjoyed our stay. Lovely area, nice walks nearby, great hotel rooms and restaurants. Clean, very nicely furnished. Superb service from staff. Great food in the Hancock Kitchen (less formal of the 2 restaurants) - didn’t eat at the more formal one. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at for many many years. Encourage anyone to visit.」

「Had a lovely stay here the room was fabulous the bed was so comfy we stayed in the wild horse room it had a huge bathroom with bath and walk in shower and the toilet was separated from the bathroom the staff are friendly and nothings to much trouble Great little touches like fresh milk and homemade cookies which were delicious 」

「I arrived earlier than the check-in time, but I was warmly welcomed with a smile, which I truly appreciated. They kindly shared information about local shops and sightseeing spots, which helped ease my worries about being in a new town for the first time. The building is old, but the room was clean and I had a comfortable stay. (Adjusting the bath water temperature was a bit of a challenge.) Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay.」
