"Harrahs needs better housekeepers and up-to-date rooms. I felt nasty the whole time in room 525. This is a smoke room l booked by mistake. It was spacious with good hot water, but the room itself felt nasty. "

"The entire cabin is very small and cramped with dated furniture and beddings. The shower pressure is so low making it impossible to get thoroughly showered. "

"Read everything about this cabin before booking. It is true to description, but I did not feel safe there. There was not an additional lock inside the cabin to prevent someone with a spare key coming in- and anyone could make a copy of that key. With the no service and the locks, we decided to go somewhere else for peace of mind. We did not receive any refund."
