"Weird check-in - all over the phone"

"I was on Vacation with my Family, the room was perfect, Gym I did not have a Chance to use, the breakfast was ok, on the staff we have a big problem, Koby the manager was really nice with us, he is a great guy, but there was a worker name Nathan that he was out of himself, he was rude with other workers, and we were afraid he could harm "

"Great accommodations for large groups. It's not super fancy but it fulfilled our needs. It's nice to have your own private bedroom that you can shut the door and have privacy. Mostly all king beds which is nice. The steamroom was a nice surprise.Great neighborhood and super close to the grocery store. "

"With the Gravity Haus being located close to the Winter Park ski mountain, we were extremely disappointed to find out that both HOT TUBS were inoperable during our stay, the bathroom overhead light fixture was unsafe to use since it appeared to be shorting out (flickering like a strobe light), and the property didn't have a SECURED luggage area for our luggage (with being told that check in wasn't until 4pm) and didn't have a vehicle to store it in since we rode the ski-train up from Denver, while we went to the ski village/mountain. I would NOT recommend if any of these reasonable accommodations are important to you!!"

"Clean room, friendly and responsive staff. Kitchenette well equipped. Nice location away from major resorts but that means you will do more driving to get to some places. Hotel needs updated, old and worn. Gym has minimal equipment, arcade has very little games. "
