The deck, the view from the deck of Grand Lake was awesome, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect with easy access to the lake, shopping and dining. Plenty of parking and the room was very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Love the location on the lake and proximity to the town. The property has been recently renovated and the work is ongoing. Rooms are small but functional and comfortable and now modernized. If you want a fantastic location this is an excellent choice.
Beautiful lake front views and walkable to shopping and dining options.

the hotel is being completely remodeled and when it's finished it will be really nice. as of now, it's still under construction and our room needed a few things corrected, and the site felt like a construction site and it wasn't a very pleasant experience. i think the owners should have waited until the entire project is 100% completed before opening. the room was nice though and the bed, linens and pillows were very nice.

Disliked: Amenities
The check in staff was friendly and helpful. The room looked to be fairly recently renovated. There were serious omissions in the amenities. No hair dryer and I was unable to get any help in sourcing a replacement. The room was woefully dark. Only a very dim ceiling light and one table lamp that was probably a 46 watt. Unless it was daylight and you opened all the blinds you couldn’t read anything. There was no place in the bathroom to place a dop kit or your personal items. I was extremely disappointed overall.
