「Took forever to get hot water to the fixtures. A phone call to the front desk and we were told to just let it run longer, when it finally showed up, it would come and go, hot then cold, making for an unpleasant shower. 「This was the sketchiest motel I’ve ever stepped foot in, couldn’t get in the door, was broken, when we did we turned around and walked out. It smelled like cigarette smoke and drug smoke, the blanket and pillows were disgusting and didn’t want to sit on the bed and there were questionable people right outside our door watching us. It didn’t feel safe whatsoever or clean and we were charged $160 for a $30 motel. Staff seemed aware and was very helpful with getting us an immediate refund.」

「For starters, my floor was so filthy. I use the bath towel to go from the bathroom to the bedroom to the bathroom and into the bedroom and it was pretty brown when I got done after three days when you walked across the floor it sounded like your feet were sticking to it. I brought this to the desk attention two times they told me oh it’s the soap we use on the floor. The room had a foul smell, which eventually went away. 「Beautiful facility within walking distance to the beach. However the highlight of the day was the Sea Glass Bistro and Lounge. This was the best meal I had on my entire trip. Highly recommend the restaurant.」

「We liked the view and location but we didn’t like the fact that it was just a rented room. Very poor breakfast that we skipped out on the last two days. No sense of hospitality. No one on site to report late night problems Fire alarm’s went off twice for no reason in the middle of the night and 4am. We had to ask for room cleaning and were put on the list for the next day. It was poorly done. Had to ask for more soap.」
