「It was a great stay. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. We used the hot tub and the sauna. We even got a voucher for a free Denny’s breakfast! We will be back!」

「Nice and clean. Newer rooms so everything worked fine. Not high end, but serviceable and good for the price. My only criticism is that the fire alarm went off at 2:30am due to a "sensor malfunction" which woke up the whole hotel. The staff was cool and apologized but it still affected my stay. There was no talk about reimbursing or credit due to the issue, which would have been nice. Otherwise, a decent place.」

「Very friendly helpful staff. Parking was difficult downtown but their valet service solved that issue.」

「Room was clean,friendly staff,close to shopping and restaurants」

「Phone didn't work, no menu for food service, no help with food order, outlets didn't work well, remote to tv didn't work.」

「I stayed at Days Inn Black Bear on 10.26.26. Check in was easy and quick. I'm an older woman that decided to go to TJ Max just after dark. I got lost. I called the front desk at the hotel. The same young woman that had checked me in answer. She gave me great directions on how to get back to the hotel. She was so helpful. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. I AM VERY APPRECIATIVE!」
