We especially enjoyed the personalized service, delicious BBQ and breakfast, unique outdoor sauna, hand-ground coffee in room, excellent selection of unique & local fruity alcoholic beverages in the fridge, heated beds (so comfortable!), hammock, and strong air conditioning. "Overall a good choice to visit fuji. Great views and friendly helpful staff. The location is a bit remote and a car is advisable. 4th room was large enough for a family and views from room are good. Food is reasonably good but set menu style so works only if you are flexible on diet options. Hotel style is unique, a bit rustic and less modern but is ok and they have free wine every evening."

I would never recommend this as a '5 star, glamp' hotel. Service levels are 1 star. "
