However when requesting a taxi to take us back to the train station it took longer than expected and we missed our train departure. "Fantastic location, steps away from the JR train station! Incredible staff, who went above and beyond both ahead of my stay and during my visit. Even assisting with understanding how to use the Yamato luggage forwarding system! My room was well equipped, spacious for a solo traveler and very comfortable. Local amenities and in hotel washers and dryers came in clutch! And it was great having a gym in the building too! Highly recommended… and would happily stay here again next time I visit Nara!"
