「Shimokita Stay has been the best VRBO experience I have had in many trips to Tokyo. The cozy apartment is nicely designed and well-equipped; we didn't have to buy anything like we normally do. It's fairly roomy by Tokyo standards, with more closet space than we normally find, and has a lovely, private patio. The host, Mari, is friendly and very responsive. 「This apartment is in such a good location! Very clean, quiet, comfortable mattress, shower with good heat and water pressure, nice washing machine, nice kitchen. The two queen beds are squeezed in one room, so you have to climb over one mattress to get to the other. There was only two of us on this trip, so we did fine. Very close to the train station.
