"we recently stayed about 6 hours after our flight to haneda was delayed causing us to miss our connection. i booked the room online once i knew we would t make it. for what it was, ie a place to shower and sleep for a few hours minutes to where we needed to be early the next day, 1000% fit the bill. easy check in via the machine and we were both showered and in bed within 45 mins. can’t beat it. i’d return if in a similar conundrum."

"The staff were not too helpful or engaged. Check on was not great. Rooms are small and clean but only cleaned every 3 days. Fresh towels given each day. Breakfast was awesome but again small area with a wait time aroubd 8.30. There was no communication around this just a note stuck up when we went down."

The restaurant food was also great, and the buffet breakfast was always well-maintained and refreshed quickly. I personally appreciated the zone where the hotel is located; some areas of Tokyo are way more congested and loud. This part is very calm and peaceful. Something I also enjoyed about this hotel is that it has a Family Mart(Convinience store) inside the hotel, and it's open 24/7."
