I had a wonderful experience! They staff was so friendly and kind. I enjoyed many activities such as the morning service, yoga, and sutra class. The food was unique, delicious and filling. This is a great place to visit if you want to have a more authentic experience in Japan.

When I arrived I was greeted by a very sweet old lady and man. They showed me to my room with so much kindness. I could feel the love. My room has strong air conditioning (very important during summer) I was served an incredible dinner in a private room and I enjoyed a bath. A young man spoke very good English to me and suggested I wake up at 5am to watch the monks chant. I did and loved it. They served me an amazing breakfast the next day and I left. Very welcoming and nice staff.

This was one of the best experiences I’ve had traveling. The onsen was incredibly beautiful, clean, and serene, and the staff were extremely attentive and helpful. The food especially stood out as one of the best meals I’ve had in Japan. I highly, highly recommend this onsen!

It‘s a bit of the beaten path and not fancy but the staff is super friendly and helpful. If you get a room looking out over the lake you can see Mt Fuji from your bed if it’s not hiding.

A unique experience! Comfortable, very clean, and the staff were very hospitable. The onsen were very relaxing. Most notable was the food—absolutely stunning presentation and very interesting (we are new to Japanese food). The ryokan is on the quieter side of town but it’s still possible to walk to the attractions, especially on the path beside the lake.

Negatives first - this hotel is abit out the way, so if you plan on going, it might be worth more than a day trip/more than one night stay. The arcad/entertainment rooms are very dated and could use some investment. Maybe opt for a lake view, we chose Fuji but as it was cloudy it wasn’t the best view in the world. That’s it.... Positives - shuttle bus service from the train/bus station is fantastic. Check in was smooth and easy, the room was beautiful (room 807), dinner was clearly lovingly...

5/5 Definitely recommended for anyone especially if you come in bigger group! There was only 3 of us so it was plenty of space. They picked us up at the train station. Service was excellent. They were very nice toward us. I unfortunately only stay at this lovely villa for only one night because I already booked else where. I will definitely stay there again if I have a chance. It was pretty close to the lake as well. On a clear day, you can easily see Fuji-san.

Beautiful property. All the details taken care off. Amazing porche with Mount Fuji view. Has a grill, your own wooden bath. The only caveat is that you need taxi for everything from this location, which we did it care.

Our stay in this hotel is amazing, they have an excellent service and they serve delicious food. The room is very clean and the whole facilities is clean. The location is perfect for all the tourist spots like most of the beautiful spots are less than 30 minutes drive. The staffs are very friendly and we highly recommend this place if you want comfortable vacation and convinient location on everything.

The hotel is lovely. The room with the Mt.Fuji view was big with a couch & chair from which we could view the mountain to our heart’s content. The shower/bath was large and comfortable. The beds were firm. The room was clean. The staff was accommodating. Fuji-Q amusement park is next door, but there was no noticeable noise in the hotel. 7-11 is on property. Beautiful view, hot tub outside with view is breath taking, food was good, staff were VERY nice.

A clean, comfortable modern hotel with a view of Mt Fuji that can’t be beat!! Close to downtown with shuttle service to the transportation hub.

Good location, very nice rooms and onsen. Plenty of parking area. Onsen room was cold, very unusual. Other then that, hotel is clean and nice. GREAT view, if you pick the rooms with terrace, looking over Mt. Fuji.
