「The Good: great breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable pool, wonderful beach, clean rooms, convenient location near Pier Park stores and restaurants, and Billy at the front desk was very helpful. The Not So Good: The chairs and umbrellas at the beach were very expensive to rent, two of four poolside bathrooms were closed all week, and the lock on one bathroom door didn't work. Overall, very pleased.」

「The room was small, a tiny refrigerator, no microwave cheap bedding, I was there during the hurricane, hotel was without power when I woke up at 5:00am and never came on. No communication from management, no emergency lighting anywhere. I was on the 5th floor and the exit stairs had no lights either, I had to use my cellphone light to make it downstairs. It took me three trips to get my luggage downstairs and into my car. This was unacceptable, when I checked out at 8:00am the front desk person...
