"The staff was outstanding, the room was very clean, walkout to beach was wonderful. The pool was very busy and cramped. We chose not to use it, but stayed on the beach all day. Check-in was awful. Suppose to get in room at 4pm. We didn't get a room until after 6pm. We asked for and got a late checkout after making our case. "

"This is an exceptionally bautiful beach front property. Everything was perfect! 5+ stars! Our oceanfront room had a large balcony with comfortable chairs overlooking swimming pools and the beach. It was very relaxing. Beds, pillows and linens were all very plush. The room was very quiet. There was a comfortable sleeper sofa, large TV, chairs, frig, desk, coffe maker and large closet in the room. The delecious breakfast buffet featured a large selection of delecious fresh fruits, breakfast meats, cereals, waffles, pasteries, yogurt with granola and other toppings, a variety of juices, coffee, tea and milk, etc. The staff were all very pleasant and kept the buffet freshly stocked and the restaurant perfectly clean. "

"Bed did not have mattress pad, sheet directly on mattress and did not fit well, kept falling off. Pool was Cold, we change from our first room, the phone and one of the thermostats didn’t work. In the second room the toilet started leaking at end of our stay. I asked front desk if we could send out post cards, first person said yes, second person asked what I wanted her to do with the post card when I handed to her. Overall the name Radisson doesn’t mean you are going to stay in a quality hotel."

"So nice.. we had a medical emergency and spent most of our night in er. They gave us 2 extra hours in the room and it really helped make it worth staying.. we were feeling like we wasted 500 dollars bc we didnt have insurance..we still def missed out on some of our money but the understanding and kindness of the staff helped alot"

"Staff and Maintenance was very helpful at all times. Room were clean, but could use a little TLC. Balcony the same, a little TLC. Parking was a little tight. Close to everything and beach had easy access."
