「The room was very clean, and they even had it cooled down upon arrival (it was pretty hot outside). It was a bit of a maze to find our room though the way the property is set up. Overall great stay, really nice staff.」

「I do not recommend this hotel if you want a decent stay in Redding. Check-in: I booked 2 rooms via Expedia but when trying to checkin and asked for 2 rooms and was denied, saying I don’t have the booking. Should have checked if 2nd booking is in another name and should have asked additional security deposit/documents. Instead he said no booking!!! I asked if there is any family friendly location near the hotel and he said rudely “I don’t know”. This person should not be a hotel staff. Rooms:...

「The staff at the hotel were very nice and helpful. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the location downtown was great for walking around to restaurants and the Farmer's Market. The room was clean, but we had sugar ants that were a problem with keeping them out of our food. We had to hang our food in the closet.」

「Super cool place BUT, the walls on the upper rooms are single wall i think because the guest in 201 i was in 202 arrived back from a party at midnight and not only could i see the light from her room in my bedroom i could hear every word she and the person she was talking to on the phone with for 45 minutes. It was terrible. Also I had the Ribeye steak for dinner and they put some kinda sauce on it that I did not care for. May be better on a weekday.」
