"Zach was super friendly! Room wasn't ready (at 5pm) but adjustments were made and we were moved around a bit before finding a rentable room. Very basic - no fridge or microwave. TV worked briefly. Coffee is not desirable ~ bring your own filters and coffee. Bedding and towels were clean but not so much for the floor, doors, amenities, and fixtures. Bring (cleaning) alcohol to wipe things down just to be sure. Only 2 outlets in the room - bring additional electrical units or extension cord(s). . Call resort directly to use AAA or AARP discount! Otherwise, it's an older hotel with aging features to be expected and YES ~ we would stay again!"

"Stunning views inside and out! This home was a perfect serene getaway for our family of 5. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. Lovely outdoor area for stargazing and enjoying the summer morning. Gorgeous sunset views from the living room and dining areas. Wonderful, peaceful place."

"I highly recommend this property. Everything was exactly as described and what a lovely home this is. It was such a relief to have an extremely well stocked kitchen, many bathing/beach towels, and more than enough paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex). The property was extremely spacious in every respect, and had a lovely and inviting yard. And, we could walk to the lake. The central AC was also an added bonus given hot outside temperatures in the summer months. We will definitely be back."

"Home is beautiful and clean. Had everything we needed. Communication with the host was great. Very quiet, away from the city, up on a hill, if weather is snowing, you might need a 4x4 to get to it. Sitting on the porch in the evening was wonderful. Shasta Caverns a very close and well worth the boat ride and shuttle to the caverns."

"Great place, away from the busy city center of Redding. Very nice rooms. Smelled great. Very clean. The a/c worked very well, which was amazing since it is very hot there in the summer. The owner was very friendly and accommodating."
