「Comfortable place with a responsive and super helpful host. Description was accurate. Bed was very comfortable. Additional fans and portable coolers/heaters available in the room were a big plus. Easy check in and out. Great rates. Would definitely stay there again!」

「Prices affordable given how much you get here, definitely worth considering if you need somewhere dependable while traveling around Pocatello!」

「Parking conveniently right outside door helped unload luggage effortlessly during nighttime visits, shower water pressure exceeded expectations contributing positively toward guest experience」

「This property has 2 units. We booked the smaller one and ended up in the larger one. The switch was due to the smaller one not being ready yet from construction. This was arranged on the check in day while we were in route. The smaller unti we rented is listed as a one bedroom. After looking at it the pics are correct just deceiving. It’s more like a hotel room with a kitchen. The larger house is nice and roomy. The shared dock has shifted, from the shore being washed away. This seemed...

「The place was great and the host was very responsive.」

「The place was clean, comfortable, and had easy access to Redding. I did find that because the room was actually attached to the house, that I could hear the people talking on the other side of the common walls and could smell their cooking activities from their kitchen in my room. I think the ventilation system must be connected somehow. So I'm gonna knock off a star for that. It would have been nicer to have the suite be in a separate guest house. 「Quiet nights with decent beds helped me recharge fast between stops on my drive north. Simple but effective setup.」

「No issues at all with cleanliness or space, everything met expectations nicely without problems or surprises either way」

「Excellent small property, perfect escape right off of Pentz road, great access to Oroville and Chico. It was the perfect break for me. The neighbors were very nice. The bed was almost too comfortable, no complaints just appreciation.」

「Nice clean property」

「Clean and cozy! Everything we needed. 」

「:) great place to get away and relax.」

「This a a cute and cozy place in a good location. Simple, no frills. No TV and a quiet neighborhood makes for a peaceful stay. I don’t recall that the bed size is on the listing. It’s a queen. The small bathroom and shower were fine for us but would not be a good fit if you’re a big person.Easy parking right by the entry. I rated check-in 4 stars because the check-in instructions came a little later than ideal so it took me awhile to find my way. Once I had the info the check-in was smooth....

「Our stay was quiet and peaceful, on a beautiful orchard. Very cozy cottage, clean and fresh with all of the necessities stocked. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming, and were open to assisting us if needed. Enjoyed sitting out back, listening to the birds and watching little lizards running around! Very comfortable stay!」
