「After talking with agent early in the week before our arrival and requesting a 2nd or 3rd floor unit none was available upon check in and notes were in the system. Checked into a 1st floor unit: kitchen appliances were dated, carpet needed cleaning, after walking on it for less than 30 minutes bottom of feet were black. Check-in process was effortless and I appreciated the fact when I told them I didn’t want to sit through the time-share meeting they never brought it up again but they were super helpful with restaurant and activity recommendations.
