セール フォルツナ ホテル

「Your home away from home I love the suites because it has a kitchen and I can cook just like when i'm at home.」

「とても気持ちよく過ごせました。」

「The property is under staffed and it is evident in nearly every interaction. I waited several hours for my room after check in to be cleaned to only later find someone’s shoes under the bed. Then the staff cleaned the room took the wash clothes and didn’t replace them for days even when I requested them. The toilet ran if you didn’t jiggle the buttons. The ocean view was completely obstructed with a tree. When I complained to the desk they did nothing. The pigeons were fighting over the food that...

「最大の魅力は立地とそれによる部屋からの眺め。 短い滞在ながら十二分にウィレムスタッドを見てまわれ、年末ということもあって夜の窓からの眺めも最高でした。」

「The hotel is new and clean. The staffs are friendly. The room os compact and enough for one and two persons!」

「Overall, excellent」

「I think this hotel is new. The staffs are friendly and responded to our request. Our stay was perfect!」

Our only issue was that we were not adequately informed about the hotel’s technology for the Do Not Disturb function and housekeeping requests. As we did not have a bellman to assist us upon arrival, we were unsure about the location and operation of the light switches. Unfortunately, we inadvertently activated the Do Not Disturb feature...

「Elke dag kleine schoonmaak; schoonmakers aardig; zwembad, maar nauwelijks gebruikt. Algemene indruk is goede accommodatie, prettig en rustig.」

「Excellent service」
