気になった点 : 設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
When we arrived we were given a different room than we had reserved. We were given a studio with 2 Queen beds instead of 1 King and there was no sofa as advertised. The rooms are more tired looking then the pictures with peeling paint, dirty windows, the lamp shade was filthy. My original bedsheet had a small stain. I do think housekeeping tries to do a good cleaning job but updating and maintenance is needed. The first night the bed was as hard as rock. I mentioned it and the hotel staff did seem to move another mattress in, which was better but not great. I had paid for breakfast daily but the staff initially said this was not so. I ended up calling Expedia and they straightened it out. While it was necessary to have breakfast at the hotel (because nothing else is nearby), the breakfast was limited and the coffee quite bad, by my standards. It was brewed in the morning and put in a plastic tub, left there for the whole day. Breakfast cooks were pleasant though. You need a car to stay here, which we had. There is nothing much nearby, it is not a resort area. Decent restaurants, attractions and a few beaches are 15-20 minutes or more away. The pool area is very small with only 2 loungers, maybe 6 chairs, and the small pool is under trees that dispense a mess in the pool at all times. There is also staining in the pool cement so it is not attractive to swim in. Staff are polite but not engaging. If you have a car and aren't fussy this may be a budget option.
