「午前0時過ぎのチェックインだったが、気さくに対応してもらえた。しかし、気分良く朝食付きで予約してあったのに、朝食は有料だと言われた。予約時の印刷を見せてが、どこかの手違いでかホテルの受付では、ノーブレックファーストになっていて、実費を支払って食べた。 また、ドライヤーも貸してもらえると思ったらなかった。」

「・Hotel.comには空港への送迎があるように記載されているが、実際は存在しない。特記事項に迎えを依頼するコメントを記載したが、反応なし。直接ホテルにメールしたがこれも回答なし。当日電話したが、私の英語がうまくなかったのか、迎えはあると思って行ったが、当日の空港には迎えは当然いなかった。 ・事前チェックインのオンライン入力をしたが、当日は紙の記入を求められた。基本、オンラインの機能は予約以外正しく機能していない。 ・この国は朝食が遅いようで、7時半から。ちなみに事前にメールで問い合わせたが回答なし。 ・部屋は細長く狭かった。トイレとシャワーはなぜか一旦ドアの外に出る謎の造り。アメニティは小さい石鹸のみ。 ・税込みの支払総額で7千円オーバーであったが、3千円でも高いと感じた。 ・周囲は治安が良くない地域であり、まともなレストランは存在しないようでした。 ・朝食はパンなど最低限のもののみ。」

「空港についてすぐに利用しましたが、到着も遅くなり不安でした。ところが、部屋自体が広いのとプールが遅くまで使えたり、洗濯機、ベープ、ポットなど必要なものは全て揃う至れり尽くせりでした。スタッフも優しく、リクエストに応えていただき感謝いたします。」

「This hotel was perfect! The staff is super friendly and we felt welcome as soon as we arrived. They were there for us if we needed anything and were very helpful! The playful hotel dogs were a great addition in making us feel even more welcome. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was the most comfortable we had in Sri Lanka! 「Ce petit hôtel (une dizaine de chambres) est idéalement situé sur la plage de Negombo (moins d'une demi heure). Personnel agréable et serviable, joli jardin en bordure de plage, petite carte au restaurant mais tout est bien cuisiné et savoureux. Notre chambre était spacieuse, propre et bien décorée. En revanche, juste 2 serviettes de toilette de couleur, une savonnette et un tapis de bain ayant connu des jours meilleurs étaient à notre disposition. Cela dit, je recommande cet établissement.」

「My wife and I decided to stay here after our flight arrived late at night. The address on google is totally different than the actual address. There were some miscommunications and after hours of search for the place (no signs) we ended up finding another dodgy hotel at 2:30am. We worked it out in the am that we would stay at the place the night before we fly out. It took a long time to find the place. It's not really close to anything. You need a car or a tuk tuk to get to anything. Ruwan...

「Near the airport. We used it for the fright in early morning. Services were good. Room was not so good.」

「This place is really amazing. Location is close from airport (about 15 minutes), the rooms are clean and we had the best mattress for a good night rest. The restaurant is really good and have lots of variety but the things that makes it exceptional is the owner and all the staff who works there. We had so much help to plan our trip and everyone is so helpful and gentle. We recommend 200% and we will stay there again for sure. If we could give more than 5 starts we would do it. 」

「No toiletries, didn’t feel safe, it’s in a corner of the town that is hidden and hard to find. It was sketchy. There’s a net on the roof of the bathroom so anyone can come see inside from above; no privacy. People can see inside through the curtains. The staff were nice. Definitely not worth it for the price!!!」

「空港からタクシーで20分ぐらい。 入り口が少しわかりづらい。 ホテルの人は親切で、朝ごはんのオムレツが美味しかった！ 見た目普通のお家みたいで、家具かわいかったけどシャワーはお湯がちゃんとでなかった。」

「AWESOME stay - so great we decided to stay an extra night. Kasun is amazing and put us in touch with people that helped us plan our 3 week stay in Sri Lnaka. Extremely spacious apartment for a low price. Even included a washer inside the apartment which was really nice to do laundry. Close to the airport and not a far walk from restaurants. Nice park neaby with volleyball courts, track and more sports with locals nearby. Will definitely stay again before departing from Sri Lanka! 」
