"We love staying at the Kingsbury. It feels like home. The rooms are spacious and the beds are super comfortable. The staff are always professional and super friendly. The manager went out of his way to make sure we were happy, (although we had to cancel a night’s stay last minute.) The buffet breakfasts and dinners are sensational! Highly recommend this hotel. "At check-in, we were told our room was not ready even though we arrived 2 hrs after check in time, when I questioned why that was the case for a “5 star” hotel, they miraculously found another room available to give us, figure that! There were plenty of friendly staff, but they were not attentive. We had dinner in the Indian restaurant - good quality and nice food. Overall, I would say “faded glory” in style and character - may not stay again here."
