"Quite clean. Bed did not have fitted sheets. Loud religious chanting coming from nearby mosque all night long, and was not possible to close the bathroom window (decorative cement blocks - so could not block the noise. Was not able to sleep."

"Sorry to Sato that but unluckily nothing written on the description is real. The airport pick up is not included, the place do not have any beach nearby, the room has not private toilet, just one shared with other guests. No mosquito net. Raven no blanket of any kind. Only good is that is nearby the airport. But then, if you are headed to Colombo no one is willing to drive you there. The indication was: take a bus! Not suggested place to stay. Maybe just for a sleepover if your fly is delade....

"At the time of my booking, this hotel was not actually completed. I went to the address indicated, only to find that there's no sign or evidence of any hostel at all. I called the number provided on my booking, to find that it linked to a hotel under the same owner several miles away. While they honored my booking, I really would have expected a refund or more from them. "

"My wife and I arrived at Heritance Negombo and during our check in, we explained our diet concerns because of a recent operation. The front desk clerk immediately notified the restaurants staff of our no salt diet and the staff really paid attention to not only our diet but the little things to ensure our vacation will remain in our hearts for a lifetime. They are truly amazing at Heritance Negombo Hotel and we will definitely reccomend this hotel to our family and friends or anyone that coming to Sri Lanka.
