「The rooms and bathrooms are spacious. Very clean and comfortable. Conveniently located with the FreeMallRide Bus (from the union station to the end of the Mall) stopping right next door, and the 16th Street Mall can be reached without crossing the street.
Compared to the hotel's rating, the hotel has a lot of space, including a sofa in the lobby and a library in the basement. It is an environment where you can work or have a small meeting outside of your own room.

「The only thing that was annoying was that the card keys were unreliable. I had to go to the desk 2x to get a new key. Other then that it was a great places to stay at. Clean pool with towels stocked. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom. The perfect stay. Close to food places and gas stations. 」
「Ladies at the desk were so sweet and always went above and beyond with any problems that we had. Khalil at the bar was awesome too, super friendly. Breakfast was good also. I don’t recommend room 118, although the room is beautiful, and spacious i was woken up before 8am every single morning from the stairs being right next door. It was nearly impossible to sleep in. Hotel is beautifully set up and will definitely stay here again in future trips!」
