「Very good!」

「I had a problem with my first room. Dirty towels and an unchanged bed. It was very unpleasant. The reception dismissed it as a normal occurrence and promptly offered a new room to look at. This was clean at least. The bathroom door did stick and I was locked in, (my partner had to kick it open) so this would be most distressing is staying alone. All this said, the room rates are well below average in the area, especially for a weekend.」

「We had a great stay at the park hotel, the receptionist was so welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and had everything we needed. breakfast was good with lots of choices. On site free parking was a bonus. We would definitely stay here again,」

「Friendly staff, room was spacious and clean. The Stables is situated in great location to get to Liverpool by car or train as the train station is over the road. Parking is available on site.」

「Good」

「スタッフの皆さんがとてもフレンドリーで優しかった！朝食はスターターとメインを数種類から選択できるシステムでとても美味しかったです。小規模ホテルなので部屋と駐車場は狭めですが、とても快適に滞在することができました。」

「We have just enjoyed a lovely stay. Room 101 was spacious and comfortable, with splendid views from the big bay window. We were due to dine out but when we saw the menu for the restaurant, Coast, we chose to eat in, an excellent decision because our dinner was delicious! Cooked breakfast also good - plentiful, hot and tasty. Table service which is so much nicer than the breakfast buffets hotels tend to lay on these days. The staff were all friendly and professional. Thank you, we will...

「Can't fault any aspect of our stay. We found service, accommodation and location to be first class.」

「Excellent breakfast. Staff delightful. Room recently refurbished and comfortable. Beautiful location」

「Booked room with a sofa but room had third bed in so there was no sofa. Could hear other guests children late at night and very early in morning so rooms are not sound proofed. No heating in bathroom so cold and not even winter yet. Hotel is very convenient to M6 and staff were very professional and friendly. Breakfast was very good and fresh.」

「The hotel itself was great, my only issue was it was unbearably hot. There is a fan provided in the room which was welcomed, but the window didn't open. I was also on the third floor, with my toddler which would have been fine however the carpet was really thick and my suitcases got stuck and coming out the lift there were 4 steps down and back up to navigate. I would 100% stay again, but would just request a room on the bottom floor. Staff were amazing at breakfast, as a solo traveller with a...
